So, while the last few years have seen “green” concerns and initiatives achieve a higher visibility, it has been a way of doing business for us for more than a decade. In fact, Core Communities employs a full-time environmental specialist to ensure the delicate balance between our residential and environmental communities is maintained.

HGTV’s 1st LEED Certified Platinum Residence is located in Tradition Florida.

Tradition Hilton Head was the site of HGTV’s 1st Green Home, which achieved LEED Gold Certification (Only 24 Gold Certified homes exist nationally). 30% of the home’s energy is generated by solar power.
