Building Value
Land is a finite resource. And while raw land still abounds, it takes vision and experience to determine and develop prime areas of opportunity and growth. Over the past ten years, Core Communities has amassed over 13,500 acres of land directly in the path of future development in expanding markets including Florida’s Treasure Coast and the resort region of Hilton Head, South Carolina. We have long-term master-development plans in place to provide a road map to bring our vision to life. In addition, our fully entitled land provides us the flexibility to react to market conditions.

These factors create a barrier to entry––providing us the ability to better control development and financing. Controlled, Value-Added Development: Accelerated Cash Flow and Return Potential: |
